Lisa Disciullo

Parent Educator & Owner, Parenting Matters NJ

Lisa DiSciullo, CPCC, is a Certified Parent Educator, Life Coach and owner of Parenting Matters NJ. She helps parents have less stress and more joy in parenting through the rigors of everyday life. Parents that work with Lisa in classes, workshops and private coaching, create stronger family relationships, more capable children and more confidence in their parenting abilities.

As a frustrated parent 17 years ago, Discuillo found the Parent Encouragement Program (PEP). After participating in the PEP programs, she shifted from just surviving everyday with 3 young, active children to proactively creating a harmonious family that could work to solve problems, grow and learn together. Since becoming certified as a trainer, Discuillo has taught programs for PEP over the last 5 years and is now a licensed contractor in Summit, NJ. Lisa is passionate about learning through experiences, making conscious choices consistent with one’s values and moving to action.

DiScuillo, formerly a Performance Consultant with the Wilson Learning Corporation, worked with Fortune 500 companies in the areas of Leadership, Sales and Customer Service.  In this role, she also led seminars on employee communications and team relationships. Lisa has served as an active member of women’s networking and empowerment groups, a parent volunteer holding many leadership positions, founder of local Job Clubs helping women reentering the work force and a care manager of a parent with Alzheimer’s. She is the mother of 3 happy young adult children and lives in Summit, NJ with her loving husband, Michael.
